How to create a Visily account

This article explains how to create a Visily account and get started with your first workspace.

Before you start

Make sure you have a valid email address you can access, or a Google/Github account you want to use for sign-up.

Steps

  1. At the Visily website, select the Signup button. 
  2. Choose how you want to create your account:
    1. Continue with Google
    2. Github
    3. Sign up with your email address
    4. Single Sign-On (SSO)
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete sign-up.
  4. If prompted, verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
  5. After sign-up is complete, you will be prompted to the Visily webapp and follow the setup steps to create or join a workspace.
Once your Visily account is created, along with your first board in your free workspace, you can start using Visily to create designs, collaborate with your team, and explore its features.
Notes
SSO method is only available if it has been enabled for the workspace on the Business plan. More details at How to set up SAML SSO for your workspace.

Notes

  1. If you do not see the verification email, check your spam or junk folder.
  2. If you already have an account, log in instead of creating a new one.
  3. If you do not have an account and are invited to a workspace, accepting the invitation sent to your email will automatically create your account.
