This article explains how AI Credits work in Visily. AI Credits are used when you generate or run AI-powered features in your workspace.

How AI Credits work

When you use an AI feature in Visily, a specific number of AI Credits is deducted once generation begins. If the generation is canceled or fails, the credits are automatically refunded.
You can check your current AI Credit balance from the account dropdown. 

Monthly AI Credit limit by plan

Your monthly AI Credit limit depends on your plan:

Starter (Free)
  1. 600 credits /workspace/month for the first month
  2. 300 credits/workspace/month from the second month onward
Pro
  1. 3,000 credits/workspace editor/month
  2. 600 credits/guest editor/month
Business
  1. 10,000 credits/workspace editor/month
  2. 2,000 credits/guest editor/month

When AI Credits are replenished

AI Credits are replenished each month automatically:
  1. Free plan: on the creation date of your workspace
  2. Pro and Business plans: on the billing cycle date of your workspace subscription
Notes
Unused monthly AI Credits do not roll over to the next month.

Different AI features use different amounts of AI Credits:

If you use the Visily Browser Extension, these actions also use AI Credits:

Idea
Once you have a paid plan and use up your monthly credits, you can purchase a top-up to continue using AI features. Learn more at How to top up AI credits.
