How billing and licenses work in Visily

Billing in Visily is based on your workspace plan, billing cycle, and the number of licenses assigned to workspace members. Use Billing & Plans to review your current subscription, manage licenses, update billing details, and cancel your subscription if needed.

Before you start

Only the Workspace Owner and Workspace Admins can manage billing and subscription settings.

Billing cycles

Visily supports monthly and annual billing cycles. Your billing cycle determines:
  1. How often is your workspace charged
  2. When your subscription renews
  3. How prorated charges or credits are calculated when licenses change
You can review your current billing cycle, last billing date, next billing date, license count, and current plan’s credit quota from the Billing & Plans tab in Workspace settings.

Monthly billing

Your Workspace is billed on the same date each month, starting from the day your subscription began. This option is available for the Pro plan only.
Example: If you started your subscription on the 15th, you will be billed on the 15th of each month.

Annual billing

Your workspace is billed once a year on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
Example: If you started your subscription on June 1st, you will be billed on June 1st of each year.

Notes
By default, your Visily subscription renews automatically on the billing date unless you cancel it.

Licenses

A license is required for each workspace member with an Admin or Editor role (Workspace Owner, Workspace Admin, or Workspace Editor). Workspace Viewers and Guests do not require licenses.

You may need to manage licenses when you:
  1. Add a new Workspace Admin or Workspace Editor
  2. Change a member’s role to Admin or Editor
  3. Remove or downgrade a licensed member
  4. Reassign a license to another member

Billing details and invoices

Visily uses Stripe to manage billing securely. From Billing & Plans tab, Workspace Owners and Workspace Admins can open Manage billing in Stripe to update payment details, update billing contact information, and view or download invoices.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from Billing & Plans. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Payments for Visily subscriptions are non-refundable upon subscription termination. For detailed information, refer to Visily’s Term of Services.
