How Template Credits Work

This article explains how Template Credits work in Visily. Template Credits are used when you add templates to your board from the Visily template library.

How Template Credits work

Template Credits are deducted when a template is added to your board. Each type of template uses a different number of credits.
Your remaining Template Credits will be shown after you have used 60% of your credit limit.

Monthly Template Credit allocation

Each Visily plan includes a monthly Template Credit limit:
Plan

Starter (Free)
  1. 300 credits upon workspace creation (for the first month)
  2. 150 credits/workspace from the second month onward
Pro
  1. 8,000 credits/workspace editor/month
  2. 1,600 credits/guest editor/month
Business
  1. Unlimited credits

These credits are replenished at the beginning of each billing cycle. 

Template Credit consumption

Different template types use different amounts of Template Credits:
Feature
Description
Credit cost
Screen templates
Templates of UI screens in different categories, e.g. dashboard, landing page, checkout etc.
30 credits/screen
Component template
Templates of UI building blocks, e.g. dialogs, forms etc.
10 credits/component
Diagram template
Templates of diagrams, user flows, brainstorming, planning etc.
20 credits/component
