How to create a new workspace

Create a new workspace when you want a separate space for a different team, company, client, or project.

Before you start

You must be signed in to Visily to create a workspace.

How to create a new workspace

  1. In Visily, click your current workspace name to open the Workspace menu.


  2. Select Create a new workspace.


  3. Enter a workspace name and set up company domain access if available.


  4. Choose a plan for your new workspace. If you select a paid plan, you may need to complete the purchase first.
  5. Invite members to your workspace if needed.
  6. Go to your newly created workspace.
After the workspace is created, you can invite members, create boards and folders, and manage workspace settings based on your role and plan.
Notes
A new workspace is separate from your existing workspaces. You can switch between workspaces from the Workspace menu.
