How to move boards within your workspace

Move boards within your workspace to keep related work organized in the right space or folder.

Before you start

1. Make sure you have permission to access and manage the board you want to move.
2. Boards can be moved within the same workspace, such as between spaces or folders. Moving boards between different workspaces is not currently supported.

How to move a board

1. Open the workspace that contains the board you want to move.
2. Find the board from a space, folder, or workspace view.
3. Open the board’s More actions menu. Select Move board to...
   
   
   
4. Choose the destination where you want to move the board, such as a space or folder within the same workspace.
   
   
   
5. Confirm the move. The board will be moved to the selected destination.

When working in a board, you can also move it by select the Move board to option from the board menu.

Note

1. Boards can only be moved within the same workspace.
   
2. You can move boards between spaces and folders you have access to. Your available destinations may depend on your workspace role and permissions.
3. If you want to transfer a design to another workspace, you can copy and paste the design into a new board in the target workspace.
