How to rename a board

This article explains how to rename a board in Visily. You can rename a board in either of the following ways.

Rename a board while working inside the board

  1. Open the board you want to rename. Click the board name at the top of the page.
  2. Click Rename board


  3. Enter the new board name.
  4. Press Enter or click outside the field to save the change.

Rename a board from the workspace view

  1. Open the workspace that contains the board.
  2. Find the board you want to rename.
  3. Open the board’s More actions menu.
  4. Select Rename.

  5. Enter the new board name. Press Enter or click outside the field to save the change.

Notes

  1. If you cannot rename a board, make sure you have permission to edit it.
  2. Beside rename, you can manage boards in Visily with actions such as duplicate, delete, change the cover image, and move the board within your workspace.
