How to reset your password

This article explains how to reset your password in Visily. You can only reset your password if your account is enabled to use email and password login. If you usually sign in with Google, GitHub, or SSO, you may need to continue using that login method instead.

Reset your password

1. Go to the Visily login page.
2. Click reset password.
3. Enter the email address linked to your Visily account.
4. Click Reset password.
5. Check your inbox for the password reset email from Visily.
6. Open the email and click the reset link.
7. Enter your new password.
8. Confirm your new password and save the change.

Notes

  1. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Make sure you enter the email address linked to your Visily account.
  3. The reset link may expire after 24 hours. If it no longer works, repeat the steps to request a new one.
