How to resume your subscription
This article explains how to resume your subscription in Visily after it has been canceled but before the current billing cycle ends.
Before you start
Only the Workspace Owner and Admins can access Billing & Plans and manage subscription changes.
Steps
- Open the workspace whose subscription you want to resume. If you have multiple workspaces, use the Workspace dropdown menu to find and access the correct one.

- Click the Plan tag at the top of the side panel to open Billing & Plans.

- If your workspace is still within the current billing cycle after cancellation, look for the option to Resume subscription in the Current plan section.
- Click Resume subscription.

Once resumed, your subscription will renew normally, and your workspace will remain on its current paid plan instead of downgrading to the Free plan at the end of the billing cycle.
Visily subscriptions renew automatically by default on the billing date unless they remain canceled.
Note
If the billing cycle has already ended and the workspace has been downgraded, you may need to subscribe again instead of resuming the canceled subscription.
