How to share element and screen
Share a direct link to a specific screen or element when you want collaborators to focus on a particular part of your board.
Before you start
Make sure both you and the recipients have permission to access the board, as links to screens or elements follow the board’s existing access settings.
How to share a screen or element
- Open the board that contains the screen or element you want to share.
- Select the screen or element.
- Copy its link using either of these options:
- Open More actions from the toolbar and select Copy link.
- Right-click the selected screen or element and select Copy link.
- Share the copied link with your collaborators.
When they open the link, Visily will take them directly to the selected screen or element in the board.
Note
- You can copy a link to only one screen or element at a time. Copying links for multiple selected items is not supported.
- The copied link follows the permissions configured in the board’s Share dialog.
- Sharing a screen or element link does not grant separate access to that item. The recipient’s ability to view or edit the content depends on their board permission.
