Lo-Fi vs. Hi-Fi in Design Mode
This article explains the difference between Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi in Design Mode in Visily, and how to switch between them.
Lo-Fi vs. Hi-Fi
- Lo-Fi design mode presents a low-fidelity version of the design with minimal visual styling. It is best used to explore layout, content structure, and screen flow before refining the visual design.
Hi-Fi design mode presents a high-fidelity version of the design with more polished styling and stronger visual detail. It is best used when you want to review a more refined UI direction or move closer to the final look and feel.

Switch between design modes
To switch between Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi mode in Visily, open the Design mode menu in the center of the top bar, then select the mode you want to apply to your board. Switching modes will apply the selected mode to all designs on your board canvas.
Theme settings are not applied in Lo-Fi mode.
