Payment methods in Visily

Use Billing & Plans in Workspace settings to add, update, or remove the payment method for your Visily subscription.

Before you start

Only Workspace Owners and Workspace Admins can access billing settings and update payment methods.

Accepted payment methods

Visily uses Stripe to manage payments securely. In most cases, Visily accepts major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available in supported regions, depending on your device, browser, bank, and Stripe availability.

For invoice-based payments or other payment questions, contact support.

How to update your payment method

  1. Open the workspace you want to manage.
  2. Open the Workspace dropdown menu and select Workspace settings.


  3. Go to Billing & Plans.


  4. In the Billing details section, click Manage billing in Stripe. This opens Stripe in a new tab. 


  5. Select the edit icon next to your current payment method


  6. Add a new payment method or select another saved payment method.


  7. Click Update to save your changes.
Your updated payment method will be used for future subscription renewals and eligible charges.

How to remove your payment method

  1. Open the workspace you want to manage.
  2. Go to the Billing & Plans tab in Workspace settings.
  3. In the Billing details section, click Manage billing in Stripe. This opens Stripe in a new tab.
  4. In Stripe, find the saved payment method you want to remove in the Payment methods section.


  5. Click the More actions icon next to the payment method.


  6. Select Delete, then confirm when prompted to remove the payment method.

Warning
You may need to add another valid payment method before removing the current one if it is used for an active subscription.

Note

  1. Updating or removing your payment method does not change your current plan, billing cycle, or license count.
  2. If a payment fails, update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid subscription issues.
