What to do if you cannot log in

Troubleshooting steps

If you cannot log in, try the following:

1. Make sure you are using the correct login method
   Use the same login method you used to create your account, such as Google, GitHub, SSO, or email and password.
2. Make sure you are using the correct email address
   Double-check that you are entering the email address linked to your Visily account.
3. Try resetting your password
   If your account uses email and password login, click "reset password" on the login page and follow the instructions in the reset email.
4. Try using the magic link
   You can request a magic link to access your account directly by clicking "Try magic link" on the login page. This can help if you are having trouble with a login method provided by a third party, such as Google or GitHub.

If you do not receive the reset email or magic link, check your spam or junk folder.
